1. About DealBid
DealBid (DealBid.Travel) runs skill-based lowest-unique-bid auctions for curated travel experiences. By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
2. Bid credits
Bidding requires credits, purchased in advance through your wallet in UAE Dirhams (AED). Each auction states how many credits one bid costs. Credits are a prepaid entry mechanism, are consumed when a bid is placed, and are not a stored-value or money-transfer service.
3. How winning works
When an auction closes, the winning bid is the lowest amount placed by exactly one bidder. If no amount is unique, the auction closes without a winner. Bid amounts placed by other users stay private during the auction to keep the game fair.
4. Claiming your prize
Winners must pay their winning bid amount within the claim window shown on their win page (72 hours by default). If payment is not received in time, the claim is forfeited and the prize passes to the next eligible unique bidder. Trips are subject to availability, travel dates, and any conditions listed on the auction page.
5. Fair play
One account per person. Multiple accounts, automated bidding, collusion, or any attempt to manipulate an auction result leads to suspension and forfeiture of credits and prizes.
6. Payments and taxes
Wallet top-ups are charged in AED and include VAT and any convenience charge shown before you confirm. Bank transfer and ATM deposit top-ups are credited after our team verifies the uploaded payment slip.
7. Liability
Travel experiences are delivered by third-party suppliers. DealBid is not liable for supplier changes, travel disruption, visa refusals, or losses beyond the value of the prize awarded.
