What we collect
Your name and email (from sign-up or Google sign-in), your wallet and credit history, the bids you place, top-up records including payment slips you upload, support messages, and — if you opt in — a push-notification subscription for your device.
Why we use it
To run auctions and settle winners, to credit your wallet, to verify manual payments, to send you bid, win and payment notifications, to prevent fraud and multi-accounting, and to improve the product.
Who can see your bids
Other bidders never see your bid amounts. Only you and DealBid administrators can see them. Winner names are shown publicly in a shortened form on the winners list.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Payment slips for bank transfers and ATM deposits are stored privately and viewed only by administrators verifying your payment.
Retention and your rights
We keep account, transaction and auction records for as long as required for accounting and dispute resolution. You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data through the Contact page; deletion requests do not remove records we must retain by law.
Cookies and local storage
We store a session token so you stay signed in, and a small amount of local data for app preferences and offline browsing. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
