Refund & Cancellation Policy

Credit top-ups
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, to the original payment method, minus VAT and convenience charges already paid to third parties. Credits already spent on bids are non-refundable, because each bid is an entry into a live auction.
Bids placed
A placed bid cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded — including bids that turn out not to be unique. This is how the auction game works and is stated on every auction page.
Cancelled auctions
If we cancel an auction before it closes, every credit spent on that auction is returned to the wallets of all bidders automatically.
Winning payments
If we cannot deliver a won experience, your winning payment is refunded in full to the original payment method within 14 working days. If you miss the claim deadline, the payment obligation lapses and the prize moves to the next eligible bidder — no charge is made.
Requesting a refund
Use the in-app support form or the Contact page with your account email and the transaction date. We respond to refund requests within 5 working days.
